RobiCall Support

RobiCall lets you set alarms with bird recordings, repeat them on selected weekdays and snooze for 5 minutes. It requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The current app interface is in Turkish.

Contact

For questions, bug reports and suggestions, email s.cankiran@hotmail.com.

When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, RobiCall version and the steps that reproduce the issue. You may attach a screenshot with personal information hidden. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information.

Set your first alarm

  1. Tap + on the alarm list (Alarmlar).
  2. Select a time and any repeat days. With no days selected, the alarm is a one-time alarm.
  3. Open the bird sound row (Kuş sesi), preview recordings and choose a bird.
  4. Tap Kaydet (Save) and grant system alarm permission when first requested.

Alarm permission was denied

Check RobiCall's alarm permission in iPhone Settings. After granting access, return to RobiCall and save the alarm again. If the app displays an error or permission notice, do not assume the alarm has been scheduled.

Snooze and delete

The snooze action postpones the alarm for 5 minutes. The in-app ringing screen offers Alarmı kapat (Stop alarm) and 5 dakika ertele (Snooze 5 minutes). Delete a saved alarm using Alarmı sil in the editor. iOS controls the appearance of the system alarm on the Lock Screen.

Internet connection

Bird recordings are included in the app and play offline. Loading and completing optional tips requires an App Store connection.

Pricing and optional tips

All alarm features are free. Optional tips are one-time purchases, do not start subscriptions and do not unlock features. App Store prices reflect your storefront and currency. You may purchase the same tip again. Choosing not to tip does not restrict alarms.

If a purchase is pending, wait for its outcome. If an error occurs, try again later. For Apple purchase issues or refund requests, visit Apple billing support.

Privacy

RobiCall does not use accounts, ads or third-party analytics tracking. Alarm records are stored in the app's local device storage. The privacy policy is published alongside this support page. Contact the same support address with privacy questions.
